General
Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo identification is required.
2. Consultation: All clients are entitled to a consultation session (in-person or via Google Meets) prior to their tattoo appointment to discuss design, placement, and any concerns.
3. Health and Safety: The client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. Our studio follows strict health and hygiene standards to ensure client safety.
4. Design Approval: The client must approve the final tattoo design before the appointment. Big changes to the design must be requested before the appointment date. On the day of the appointment the client has the right to ask for minor changes on the design — not structural.
5. Minimum Deposit Requirement: A minimum non-refundable deposit of £110 is required for all tattoo appointments. This deposit covers the initial design work and secures your booking, also ensuring coverage of the studio's daily rental fee. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo on the day of the appointment.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation 8 days or more in advance with Design Work Not Started: If you cancel your appointment at least 8 days in advance before any design work has begun, you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellation 8 days or more in advance with Design Work Started: If the design work for your tattoo has already started, the deposit will not be refunded, even if the cancellation is made 8 days or more in advance. This policy compensates for the time and resources spent in the design process.
Cancellations made less than 8 days before the appointment will not receive any refund of the deposit.
Studio No-Show Fee: Please note that due to studio rental obligations, if a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels less than 48 hours in advance, they will also be responsible for a separate studio no-show fee of £110. This fee covers the daily studio rental cost and is essential for managing studio expenses.
Rescheduling Policy
To maintain a smooth operation and fair availability for all clients, the following rescheduling policy is in place:
Advance Notice for Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their tattoo appointment must inform us at least 8 days before the scheduled date. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
Rescheduling Fee: The first rescheduling request is free of charge as a courtesy. However, any subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a fee to cover administrative costs and potential loss of business. This fee will be £60.
Limit on Rescheduling: Each client is allowed to reschedule their appointment once without incurring a fee. After this, the rescheduling fee will apply for each change.
Deposit and Rescheduling: The original deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment date. However, if the client fails to attend the rescheduled appointment or cancels less than 8 days before, the deposit will be forfeited.

Availability and Scheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, but there may be a waiting period.

Pricing: The cost of the tattoo will be based on the design complexity, size, and time required. A quote will be provided during the consultation.

12. Liability Waiver: The client agrees to release and hold harmless its artists from any liability related to the tattoo and its process.
13. Privacy Policy: Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
14. Amendments: The artist reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
15. Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth above.
16. Handcrafted Artistry Acknowledgment: The client understands and agrees that tattooing is a handcrafted art form. Every effort will be made to achieve the highest quality in the design; however, slight variations and imperfections in lines and coloring are inherent in the process. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of each tattoo.
17. Skin Variability Disclaimer: The client acknowledges that individual skin types and conditions can affect the application and healing of a tattoo. Factors such as skin texture, age, and location of the tattoo on the body can result in variations in the final appearance. We will provide guidance and advice tailored to each individual's skin type, but final results may vary.
18. Ink Settling Acknowledgment: The client understands that as the tattoo heals, ink may settle differently into the skin. Some areas may absorb ink more than others, leading to variations in color density and shading. Touch-ups can be performed to address these issues within the stipulated time frame outlined in the aftercare instructions.
